Wonderful story, at times its so important to reflex on how lucky we really are.. We tend to overlook it, but then a song or movie gives us a gentle nudge...Great jam
been wondering bout you...my mood has improved. hope you're enjoying your holiday...it doesnt happen here. just had 5 days/nights of Kymer New Year! huge speakers belting out orrible boom boom remixes!! yeah!
@lynn200 Thanks Lyn. Very time poor presently which depletes music listening time. My wife spending a lot of time with her ageing mum; which is what they both need. So unfortunately my "holiday" was at home, but it gave me more personal time with the daughters. The three sons stepped up too; took me to football. Brought up your Jam a day ago (Venus in Furs) but got interrupted. When I played it today you had cycled over to Fleetwood Mac. Both excellent Jams. Hope things are picking up for you.
@Lynn I was too verbose and ran out of characters. :-) Kymer New Year. Well that would be an experience. But I reckon a day would be enough. We were in Rome in 1985 for New Year. That was madness personified. Firecrackers and rockets flung or aimed at people. Closed the shutters after 15 minutes and hoped that the building didn't burn down. Hope that whatever is causing your dull days passes like a cloud. Gee. That made me think of a poem I have not read in an eternity: http://tinyurl.com/c57wsl

@cosmicdon @myrtle @deerylew @christineb. Thanks. Good to find kindred spirits in music taste. @christineb Agree fully. Too late on the death bed wishing for things to have been different.
