This song became controversial because of it's association with serial killer Richard Ramirez. Ramirez was a fan of AC/DC, especially this song. He reportedly was wearing an AC/DC shirt and left an AC/DC hat at one of the scenes of his crimes. The song starts off with a quick breath or two setting an ominous tone. AC/DC later claimed that the song was about a boy sneaking into his girlfriends room at night, but the lyrics would suggest otherwise.
Bon was a big fan of Robin Williams and ends the song with the famous sign-off from Mork and Mindy, "Shazbot, Nanu Nanu". It is also the last track on "Highway to Hell" and coincidentally Bon's last known recording.
I quite liked AC/DC but never was a huge fan. I didn't know this song but went to see them once. I had no idea about the controversy of this song and the connection with Ramirez. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Ramirez Just read this...he only died last year while on Death Row

Another bassist named Ciff (Williams), but it's really just an excuse to jam AC/DC with Bon!

Also appreciating the lil' "Shazbot! Nanu nanu!" that Bon throws out at the end of this track.

Bon Scott is reason enough to jam AC/DC! "Night Stalker" :)
