Quirky Japanese electro-pop pioneers (featuring a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Ryuichi Sakamoto) channel Berlin-era Bowie on this woozy anthem from ‘81, which has become the soundtrack to my morning commute to school. "The sound of music; the crying of the air!" YMO are an obsession-worthy band if ever there was one.
