“Deanshanger” by Prolapse kicked off jxmitchell’s 2015, and there was more to come; 36 jams in all. There was a lot of electronic, ambient, and dance. jxmitchell found a rare one: “Countdown Riddim” by Young Gunz. People really liked “There is Power in a Union” by Billy Bragg. All things must end; jxmitchell closed it out with “Promised Land (Club Mix)” by Joe Smooth.

2014

jxmitchell’s 2014 started strong with “Ghent” by Doubleheart. 42 more jams followed it! There was a lot of French music, electronic, and electropop. jxmitchell posted a rare gem: “Beat It” by Supergrass. “His 'n' Hers (live)” by Pulp got a lot of love. jxmitchell was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Borderline” by Tove Styrke — before 14 others! “Proud to Be Black” by Crucial Robbie closed out the year.

2013

jxmitchell’s first jam of 2013 was “The Money & The Damage Done” by DJ Downfall. In May, jxmitchell found it, their eternal jam: “I Love U So (Skream's Made Zdar Feel Like He Was 20 Again Remix)” by Cassius. There was a lot of pop, funk, and electronic. They were the first, and only, to post “I Keep Forgettin'” by The Checkmates Ltd. “You Hit The Nail On The Head” by Funkadelic got a lot of love. jxmitchell posted their 100th jam in December! “Blue Lawn” by Disco Anti Napoleon closed out the year.

2012

jxmitchell’s year started strong with “Electronic Cigarette” by Heavy Times, and the jams kept coming; 36 in total. Plenty of electronica, dance, and indie rock. jxmitchell was first to pick “Skip Steps 1 & 3” by Superchunk, in February — 11 others followed suit! jxmitchell reached 20 jams in June. jxmitchell’s 2012 came to a close with “Reggae Christmas” by Bryan Adams.
