If 70 is the new 50, then this was far too young for Jack to die. I'd never heard Jeff Buckley's rendition of this Cohen Classic, Lynn. It is a powerful piece, extremely well delivered. @Cornishson73 Lots of feeling in this selection from Lynn. She adores Len Cohen and truly loves Jeff Buckley's musical legacy, before his premature demise in his youth.
@itskerryc you understood.. i've just looked up what happened.liver cancer/transplant in 2003..recovered to work again in 2004...i saw him with John Mayall ,years ago.there were financial problems, early addiction issues. i react badly to loved peers passing,it somehow takes away my past and how blessed i feel to have been born at that time.... tomorrow is another day :)
