@madeofstone barre chords come with practice but you can cheat and just play the top 4 or 5 strings without making a barre, just drop your fingers down from a C chord, kinda ;-)
Been doing that "little" F thing for a while, really want to get this barre chord monkey off my back so trying to learn songs with an F of Fm in to get it done. Thanks for the tip by the way.
@madeofstone@Sid_Bonkers Yeah I often used to play that F7 shape and avoid the E strings but many hours of practice later I got those barre chords down to a T!

Learning to play acoustic guitar, its petty straight forward to play, just struggling with the barre chords and the opening chord is an F!
