maestrojed’s year started strong with “Dueling banjo” by Charles Wood and Friends, and there was more to come; 18 jams in all. It was a year of electronic, avant garde, and jazz. “Better Git It In Your Soul” by Charles Mingus got a lot of love. In January, maestrojed introduced This Is My Jam to “Alice's Restaurant” by Arlo Guthrie. maestrojed crossed 20 jams in August!

In December, maestrojed joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Race with Devil on Turkish Highway” by Al Di Meola. Nice. In December, maestrojed introduced This Is My Jam to “The Girl from Ipanema” by Stan Getz & Joao Gilberto. maestrojed’s 2011 came to a close with “Wrong Doing Woman” by Buddy Guy & Junior Wells.
