







magma’s 2015 started strong with “Pennies From Heaven” by Louis Prima, and the jams kept coming; 15 in total. There was a lot of folk, pop, and indie rock. They were the first, and only, to post “Maggot Brain (Alt Mix, Recorded 1971)” by Funkadelic. In March, magma posted their 50th jam. magma’s final jam was “Please Shit On My Dreams” by Giselle Bellas.

magma’s first jam of 2014 was “You Can Get It If You Really Want” by Desmond Dekker. 24 more jams followed it! Plenty of pop, singer-songwriters, and folk. They were the first, and only, to post “Las Flores” by Café Tacvba. People really liked “Song For Zula” by Phosphorescent. 2014 drew to a close with “Mi Negrita” by Devendra Banhart.

In May, magma joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “I Think of You” by Rodriguez. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? 60s, oldies, and classic rock. They were the first, and only, to post “Busca Lo Más Vital” by Germán Valdés "Tin-Tan". “Israelites” by Desmond Dekker got a lot of love. magma reached 20 jams in December.
