mariahc’s year started strong with “Necessary Separation” by The Gris Gris. 14 more jams followed it! It was a year of psychedelic, lo-fi, and classic rock. mariahc did some crate-digging too, and found “Must Be Nice” by Frankie Rose and the Outs. People really liked “After Hours” by The Velvet Underground. In January, mariahc posted their 50th jam. mariahc’s 2014 came to a close with “Collectors” by springtime carnivore.

In April, mariahc joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Moody (Spaced Out)” by ESG. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? shoegaze, lo-fi, and post-punk. They were the first, and only, to post “Shades of Grey” by Tomorrows Tulips. “I Wanna Destroy You” by The Soft Boys got a lot of love. mariahc passed 20 jams in July. “Crazy Teeth” by Magic Trick closed out the year.
