







“Make Your Move” by Joe Thomas kicked off mbatey’s 2015, and the jams kept coming; 24 in total. It was a year of 70s, disco, and soul. mbatey found a rare one: “First Come, First Serve” by Rose Royce. mbatey passed 75 jams in March. mbatey’s final jam was none other than “Miss You (Special Disco Version)” by The Rolling Stones.

mbatey’s 2014 started strong with “Get Your Own (Kevin Griffiths Basement Dub)” by Huxley. 27 more jams followed it! There was a lot of deep house, funk, and house. They were the first, and only, to post “Why In The World Do They Keep On (Funkin' With Me)” by Executive Suite. People really liked “Crofs” by Gregory Isaacs. mbatey posted their 50th jam in April! “Downtown” by The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu closed out the year.

In February, mbatey joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “First Time Around” by Skyy. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? deep house, funk, and disco. mbatey found a rare one: “Not Feeling It” by Daniel Wang. People really liked “Is It Love You're After” by Rose Royce. mbatey reached 20 jams in July. 2013 drew to a close with “Primitive Painters” by Felt.
