There's something pseudo-Tunnel of Love era Springsteen about this song. Even Gino Vannelli at his most ridiculous can't ruin it. I've loved it ever since the first time I heard it on the radio 28 years ago.
I've not heard this in years; still surprisingly good. #CanCon at its best.
