The year got going with “Turn It On” by Sleater‐Kinney, and 10 more jams followed. Lots of singer-songwriters, folk, and pop. mrshl’s final jam was “Julianne” by Ben Folds Five.

2014

mrshl’s 2014 started strong with “Black Buzz” by Lotus Plaza, and the jams kept coming; 21 in total. There was a lot of folk, indie rock, and singer-songwriters. They were the first, and only, to post “He Wore A Pagan Robe” by Wild Billy Childish & CTMF. “See No Evil” by Television got a lot of love. In June, mrshl introduced This Is My Jam to “Thought of Sound” by The Rentals. mrshl posted their 100th jam in May!

2013

mrshl’s first jam of 2013 was “After You” by Pulp, and the jams kept coming; 33 in total. The year’s recurring themes? singer-songwriters, electronic, and indie rock. People really liked “You Really Got a Hold on Me” by The Zombies. mrshl crossed 75 jams in June! “My Molly” by Sky Ferreira and Ariel Pink closed out the year.

2012

“Don't Look Back” by Them kicked off mrshl’s 2012, and the jams kept coming; 50 in total. Lots of alt-coutnry, classic rock, and singer-songwriters. mrshl was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “When I Win the Lottery” by Camper Van Beethoven — before 17 others! mrshl crossed 50 jams in December! mrshl’s 2012 came to a close with “Swamp of Love” by King Tuff.

2011

In December, mrshl joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Automatic Jail” by Jacuzzi Boys. Nice. mrshl was first to pick “Carol Of The Bells” by The Bird and the Bee, in December — 17 others followed suit! 2011 drew to a close with “Trains Across The Sea” by Silver Jews.
