My brother in law is home, and he's pretty much David Watts. I think I prefer the Jam's version to the Kinks'.
Not sure which version I like better, this or the original, but I went with this one for now.
Great song by the Kinks, made their own by the Jam. Saw them live 3 times, the best gigs I ever went to.
I've had a weird mash-up of this and XTC's Making Plans For Nigel stuck in my head for days...
