It's still a bit of a mystery among 'Who' fans as to where they found Johnny the little Dalek, since it appears to be a genuine prop rather than one made just for the sketch.
@UncannyUK a mystery to me too. Did they ever make smaller daleks for scale purposes, or maybe a fan made it. When I was a kid my friend's older brother made one...it was pretty realistic. Apparently Spike Milligan and Terry Nation were friends and used to have lunch together while working at the BBC
