Wow, #aussieglam! Never heard of this lot; presuming their name was taken from my favourite metal song of all time: there's certainly something of Iommi's riffage in here.

So is this an ode to the joys of bisexuality or is he just a staggeringly unimaginative lover?

philipnareike

@simonp I think it's a bit ambiguous, but the 'big bow tie with no shirt look' would be enough to sway either, don't you think?

Astromonkey

@simonp @philipnareike Not really ambiguous - sample of the lyric : "One day it's a rose another day a thorn he just can't make the choice. Like when he seems so hard to find he can't make up his mind between a high or low pitched voice." "Couples walk by he watches them all, to him they're all the same".

@philipnareike It's the least ambiguous thing, I've ever heard.

They got their moneysworth for that camera effect.

@kemiladashdot @Astromonkey I know...it's not even 'slightly' ambiguous is it.

@lindatee ahhhhhhhh but if it was a nice juicy eel would ya give it a quick discreet slurp,,,modern life throws up so many dilemas.....hard to say no to fresh eel

@simonp Who are you? Micheal Barrymore?

7 years, 5 months ago

lindatee

@philipnareike Yep - I've considered the offer and I'm still turning it down - I don't do what I'm told either!

7 years, 5 months ago

lindatee

@kingofmen I guess it would depend on the state of the eel really - so much to consider?

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@kemiladashdot ...YES iam buttymore,,,mr buttymore was a fine entertainer,,,his pool activities might need a bit of work...

@lindatee in consideration of the eel.....let me share,,when i was a mere strippling a yoot of some promise,, we used to go fishing for eels at a sewage farm near dungeness nuclear power plant,,my family were convinced that radioactivity made for fatter juicier eeels....are the wisdom ages ,,this is why i never leave wc2 unless i have too,,,theres weirdness out there that we dont understand or want too..

@kingofmen Dungeness..now that's a place...I've eaten fish and chips at the pub there a couple of times....they were big fish there I recall. I think there's some truth in what you say...I did some work for a Ukranian a little while ago and were talking about Chernbyl. He said there was a very old couple who refused to leave the evacuation zone around the area. They lived there happily for many years, apparently living healthily on gigantic mushrooms and apples...they may still be there...

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@philipnareike .....how many eyes did the fish have...?.....

7 years, 5 months ago

philipnareike

@kingofmen 3....and they were all bulging out...looked like a fishy Marty Feldman

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@philipnareike ,,,,ahhhhhh the 3 eyed dungeness haddock,,,,the bulging is due to an ireversable thyroid condition, brought on by consuming toxic waste from birth, that fish was problay only a few hours old,,,,,,but big in the lethal toxins dept

@philipnareike @canterjessica ...was the bastard writhing

lindatee

@kingofmen oh dear - did you eat these sewer -radioactive -creatures? And do you have the required number off limbs & heads? There's certainly weirdness all around us this though - you only have to get on a bus - I'm a magnet to the average nutter for some reason!

7 years, 5 months ago

lindatee

I appear to have typos!

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@lindatee ....no im just a STUMP now.....

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@lindatee hahhahaah your a nutter magnet so you came on TIMJ.....might make things worse.....maybe your just a natural collector,,,a sort of soul anthropolagist

7 years, 5 months ago

lindatee

@kingofmen I like that - a soul anthropolagist - that's kinda of cool and weird - like death in a negligee. Much better than nutter magnet!

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@lindatee ....yeah nutter magnet is so common ,,,,,,any one would think we dont know what fork to use.....my experience has taught me the more bollocks i spout the better it sounds,,,,,be a soul anthropolagist ,,,til you get bored with it ,,then we'll think of something else to be ,,,better than watching the dumb box....

7 years, 5 months ago

kingofmen

@lindatee negligee is a very cool word ,,ill pass that on to @canterjessica for her english indoctrination class,,,,,

7 years, 5 months ago

lindatee

@kingofmen. - I will stick with sole anthropologist for the time being - or until a better position is available - Death-in-a-negligee could be a weekend persona - hopefully people will be distracted by the coolness of the word negligee - & pay little attention to the word death.... I could be collecting souls - lost or otherwise on a regular basis!
