@MadameZia No, they let it all hang free in Playgirl lol. "Cod" was the Old English word for scrotum. They started just as fabric that covered the genital area as the leggings they wore left a hole at the front. They gradually got more pronounced during the early 16th century but had fallen out of fashion by the 1700's.

@lindatee @desperatedan Larry Blackmon's (Cameo) big red codpiece caused lots of complaints after the TOTP appearance. I think he looked great. The Electric Six one is great too but that woman is terrifying!
