@philipnareike 1st of all, you guys played more than we did against mexico - fact. Those 2 matches were high voltage!!! Commentators are also talking about mathematical chances here... but this group definitely lives up to the fame of death group...

@kingofmen when I said those were good matches, it's based on what I've heard from media, public and thought it myself. But i must point out that in any moment I said those were unfair results! England really faced a tough group (Costa Rica included, now we know), and I don't belive there's much chance.
I agree 100% with you that these are situations w/ no place for denial anymore, the whole structure must be reassesed. If this isn't done, then it's down the drain, for sure... continuing...
@kingofmen The other thing is, when I saw you guys talking about how bad England was playing, I guess I started expecting something very shameful. And I haven't seen this. Let's be real: have you seen France playin'? Spain, for cryin' out loud? And not being mean, but even Argentina? THOSE were painful to watch. So, maybe that's a much needed slap... (that's how it worked for us after WC90 when we were really ashamed)
@BladeRunner ..your too too nice thats why i adore you.....england have been circling the plug hole for years, its all too fake to take seriously , see the group of death thing makes me cringe , because if you wanna be the best you gotta beat the best, if you believe in your self and your team ,, you would face the devils 11 in hell on sunday,,,,our lot look like they are more interested in the boot sponsership, uru guys have a pop of under 4 million, yet they played like a mighty nation,
@kingofmen oh, now that's something I also agree - I hate when people start doin' all that bizarre math on how to avoid tough teams just to get by, hate it! if you wanna be the best you gotta beat the best! And if you do it beautifully, that's even better - that's the magic! ;)
