The cabaret/joke, lyrics and poetic metre are very important. I wonder what foreigners think of it. It's funny and cruel at the same time.

@philipnareike The food-link is not really a story, it's more about the contrast between terrible disasters, terrible people on tv or so called popular artists etc etc to something simple as vegetables. There's more Monty Python out there than you know ;)
@Avante I do too..very sad....it really shoud have been Colombia in the semi-final.... ...Brazil's defence just crumbled in a mere six minutes ......hey.... that reminds me .......my rhubarb crumble's nearly ready for foodweek......
@Avante Shocking it was......Brazil were so emotional and nervous....without their Captain to hold their defence together they just collapsed and showed no strength....and the Germans were ruthless and made no mistakes.......it'll take them a long time to recover from that......but they will recover......one day......
@philipnareike I think they kind of shot themselves in the foot by praising Neymar too much.. They should have just gotten on with it. Even without Neymar they shouldn't have lost 7-1. But all that drama and the build-up the had before the game made everything worse. But that's just my humble oppinion. : ]
