Loved the story, loooved! Well, you boys saved Tammy's life and helped her be reunited with her family and this is sooo beautiful! just as you said, the joy you have seen is something to keep in your heart and memory =D (and it seems I'm toooo emotional today hahaha)
Nice story. There's a place in St. Louis called Stray Rescue. It's run by a pretty special guy named Randy Grim. He's been doing this for about twenty years. They mostly take in abandoned pit bulls and nurse them back to health and try to find homes for them. It's a no kill shelter and he does amazing work. http://www.strayrescue.org/ I've taken quite a few dogs there. I used to have a bad (good?) habit of picking up stray dogs myself when I lived in the city.
Oprah selected him one year for an award and gave him a million dollars. A lot of buisinesses and individuals help him every year. They mostly work from donations. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rq7nNiRP-w
@BladeRunner ( whispers) Hey! Let's buy Phil a dog for Christmas. I think that that was the hidden message in his nice tale....Whad'ya think?...A St. Bernard?...Great Dane?
@abigail.deeks Yes, Whatever, her first solo album is full of wonderful songs, but really she has written some great ones. The soundtrack to Magnolia is brilliant too....and I really love the film as well
@philipnareike@BladeRunner Aaah, don't worry about the negatives, just think of the fun you'll have, like...having to walk him 10 miles everyday for his needs and....the joy of grooming him and clearing up after him ( with a shovel....)
@philipnareike@debutch I'll be fun, Phil!!!! They are very funny and loving! Ah, and don't forget the new sofa, 'cause there's gonna be one for him and the other for you!!!
@jackietheripper we live a similar situation in Brazil... all my dogs prior to Ollie have been stray dogs, I have their 'cause very close to my heart, always (and it's a thing I always taken in consideration before voting locally)
Awww... what a lovely story and song. Before I got a dog of my own I tried to prove my dog owning skills to my parents by trying to take care of every dog I knew. A very wise strategy. I remember when my dad told me that I would get a dog of my own. Probably the bestest day in my Life. Cheers to Tammy. :D

Ahhh, you never told me that story! Sweet :) Sad at the lack of love for Aimee though.
