@Avante Be careful....it's not easy.....whenever my Mum used to make it when I was a kid it normally ended up rock solid....the key is in the temperature you heat it to....has to be precise! Good luck

I used to have those Fisherman's Friend extra strong w/ no sugar, it was so strong my eyes got teary! Just like extra strong wasabi... Yeah!!!

That was lovely. The freshest of mints. Although once I had them when I was really hungry. I don't recommend it.
