@leejohnson I'm a huge Lynch fan (my wife might say obsessive) but even I occasionally find myself asking "why? just why?" and that would be one of those times.
@HaveACuppaTea I love Mulholland Dr though it is not my favorite Lynch. Living in LA probably helps to appreciate it. That said, I never get into it over Lynch. I can fully appreciate why he would not be to everyone's taste (and is very occasionally not even to mine).
@earthmonkeys he does have a weakness for the swedes so I'd lay money on it happening someday soon. And thanks for that. I just ended up listening to Heartbeats about six times in a row.
@earthmonkeys also their song The Cop sounds exactly like Lynch's scary main character from his weird little flash cartoon Dumbland (all 7 shorts available on youtube if you so desire to hurt your brain - and it will hurt your brain). so yes, absolute affinity.
