Hmm, not sure about this one, don't think his nonchalant delivery quite does it for me. :) Never watched Snub TV, don't think I was quite old enough at the time, or cool enough, not that that ever changed really (the cool part - not the age thing, obviously...) :)

Haha, you're not old and I'm not cool. Snub tv was brilliant, you'd never get anything like it nowadays. Nonchalant was the word I could've used. Insouciant also. I totally get people not liking it , but just watching it brought back good memories of olden times. This jam's for me!!

Ah, those good memories of olden times again :) I was reading about 'reminiscence bumps' a while ago and how music can take us back a couple of generations in an instant, we don't even have to hear the tune, the opening line of the long is enough to take the journey. Fascinating stuff. Enjoy the trip... :)

Remember this well. Snub TV was excellent. From the Gary Clail On U Sound theme tune to loads of great footage. Early Happy Mondays and the wonderful World Of Twist come to mind.

What a band eh! Talking of reminiscing, have fond memories now of the gig at the castle in oldham a couple of years ago. Can still see him now putting his glasses on trying to sing the lyrics off a scrap of paper whilst two mohicans merrily pogo danced away in front if him :)

Was a good gig. He's a funny fella! Snub tv was so good at showing stuff you'd never normally see! Where on earth would you see The Fall on regular tv nowadays
