@MsEllerelli wondering if you've heard this one and what you think either way.

Individually, I'm not a fan of most of these styles, but they work together to be a lot of fun! I can almost hear it breaking into Chemical Brothers. :D

I agree with @Drek on this one...collaboration with Chemical Brothers wouldn't be such a bad idea :)

@shiningsun2k Haven't heard of this song/artist but on listening I'm certainly interested enough to track down his mixtape. Thanks for the recommendation.

@Drek Good call and glad you enjoyed it. Also glad to hear from you since you're not around as much these days. Gonna have to go see what you're jamming now.

@redheadx I suppose I can agree with that. : )

@MsEllerelli Glad you liked it and his mixtapes are pretty good overall if I remember correctly. There are certainly a few more gems and it's been a while, so I should probably revisit them myself.

Haven't heard of this song or artist before, but I really like it. :-) Talking of new artists doing old school rap, did you ever get into The Cool Kids?

Glad you dig it! Oh yeah, a friend actually gave me a copy of their album a couple years ago, but I wasn't in a rap mood when I listened to it. I need to give it another shot 'cause I was at work on top of everything, so I can't remember any of what I heard.

With rap/hip hop I tend to like older stuff ( Black Star, Tribe, The Roots, and my guilty pleasure Ice Cube) but this definitely has an older 80's vibe, very cool.
