







simontcope’s first jam of 2015 was “Se Telefonando” by Mina, and there was more to come; 32 jams in all. It was a year of pop, jazz, and oldies. simontcope found a rare one: “Your Biscuits Are Big Enough For Me” by Bo Carter. In June, simontcope posted their 100th jam. simontcope marked the end with “Yermande (Prophet 5 Mix)” by Mark Ernestus’ Ndagga Rhythm Force.

The year got going with “Disillusioned” by Oliver Nelson, and there was more to come; 46 jams in all. Plenty of African music, electronic, and folk. They were the first, and only, to post “She's Fine, She's Mine” by Bo Diddley. “An Ending (Ascent)” by Brian Eno got a lot of love. simontcope reached 75 jams in November. “Galloping Home (Theme from "Black Beauty")” by Denis King closed out the year.

simontcope’s 2013 started strong with “Dem A Sus” by Harlem Spirit, and the jams kept coming; 27 in total. Plenty of classic rock, jazz, and ambient. simontcope did some crate-digging too, and found “Basin St. Blues” by Louis Armstrong. “The Sidewinder” by Lee Morgan got a lot of love. simontcope passed 20 jams in August. simontcope’s 2013 came to a close with “Bassoka” by Carlos Lamartine.
