A perfect song for the summer.

I keep going back to 80s tunes. This didn't get much play in the US, but it's a fun song...with a truthy story of what being a has-been feels like.
I remember it had a funny video but I never remember what the band was called.
I fully (& thankfully) blame @DaMFunK for putting this jam in my head from the giddy-up of today.
