







“Fuck with someone else” by Gangly kicked off sjontofa’s 2015. 9 more jams followed it! It was a year of Icelandic music, post-rock, and electronic. And it all came to an end with sjontofa’s final jam: “The cause of labour is the hope of the world” by Jóhann Jóhannsson.

sjontofa’s year started strong with “I'll drown” by Sóley, and there was more to come; 40 jams in all. The year’s recurring themes? Yasunori Mitsuda, japanese, and soundtracks. sjontofa found a rare one: “Disturbances - The one called from beyond” by Yūzō Koshiro. People really liked “All Tomorrow's Parties” by The Velvet Underground. sjontofa reached 100 jams in June. 2014 drew to a close with “Rudolph (live on KEXP)” by Kimono.

“Look at the Light” by Sin Fang kicked off sjontofa’s 2013. sjontofa found their eternal jam in January — “Look At The Light” by Sin Fang. It was a year of Sin Fang, ambient, and post-rock. They were the first, and only, to post “Battles Without Honor or Humanity” by Toshiaki Tsushima. In June, sjontofa introduced This Is My Jam to “Toothwheels” by múm. In December, sjontofa posted their 75th jam. sjontofa’s 2013 came to a close with “Ströndin” by Mammút.

In September, sjontofa joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Melt Down The Knives” by Sin Fang Bous. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? video game music, Icelandic music, and japanese. In October, sjontofa introduced This Is My Jam to “Life is Beautiful” by Deadly Premonition. sjontofa’s 2012 came to a close with “GREN/DEL” by Kumi Tanioka.
