P is for PEEL.....JOHN PEEL.....because when I was a teenager between 10pm and Midnight week days I was listening to The John Peel Show on Radio 1...apart from on a Friday night when it was The Friday Night Rock Show with Tommy Vance (pictured in the background with John Peel from a Radio 1 calendar of the early eighties. I've chosen this 10,000 Maniacs song from their first ep. because I can still remember listening to it on the John Peel Show and thinking ...'Wow! I love it..this is great!'
