Saw 10cc last night - fantastic night such talented guys the music had not dated at all
continuing on the 'Mandy' theme... I love a song with a story.
Being a young-ish whippersnapper I can just about remember Mandy Perryment, the BA 'air stewardess' lady in the ads way back when. I assume she is the Mandy in this splendid tune.

Salad used to do an excellent version of this. The way Marijne sang "hauled me from the wreckage" was especially fine.
