Just saw the first episode of HBO's Game of Thrones for the first time, and when I got to the end of it, I heard this song in my head for the end credits. If you've seen the final scene in this episode, you should know why.
I had kinda promised myself not to watch Game of Thrones cuz based on what I've been told, it's essentially "Ren Faire the Series" and I worked for a few years at a renaissance festival many years ago. Such things as this stir up old ghosts and demons for me. Also long ago a show called Covington Cross was on ABC which I DID enjoy immensely, but it was canceled before its first season was over. Let's just say I'm still sore over that, as well.
I gave Game of Thrones a shot cuz a friend said she would watch an episode of Daredevil if I watched an episode of Game of Thrones. I've now formally held up my end of the bargain. Not sure if I care what happens to the little pup, frankly. His mom said to stop climbing, didn't she? Serves him right.
