From Liverpool, Flock of Seagulls had success with "Wishing" at home in UK in 1982, and put the song on their 1983 album titled "Listen" which reached the top ten. This band was one of the first bands in the 80s New Wave scene, I remember listening to them on this great radio station, 1590AM KJET in Seattle.
