I asked if I could tag along and begrudgingly he said yes. He'd never heard the band. He'd failed to do any research and just ended up asking dumb questions like "what sort of girls do you like" and "Do you like AC/DC. AoC were known for being prickly and I could see them getting more and more agitated. He was even pissing me off. When he let slip he hadn't even heard the single, both the band and just started shouting at us, barking at me, too, demanding to know if I'd heard it. I pointed out that I genuinely believed that Bible of the Beats is one of the finest singles ever made. I still believe that. They calmed down and a decent interview ensued. Of course when it was broadcast, my bits were cut out and it was edited in such a way that it made the band look like dicks. We didn't talk much after that. #ageofchance#bibleofthebeats”
