Sound & Color by Alabama Shakes

“Another excellent soundtrack tune for the season finale of the #cheese MR. ROBOT...it was a disturbing episode like most of them are...the soundtrack choices they make sometimes shine a new light on tunes i have loved for a long time...I started paying attention to this aspect of the show when they used neil diamond's I AM I SAID in an early episode and more recently they used the lee hazelwood/nancy sinatra psychedelic classic VELVET MORNING...this episode also used, the jim carroll band singing PEOPLE WHO DIED (i jammed that before) at a dog euthanasia clinic when fsociety are using the ovens to burn their hard drives while setting dogs free...SOUND AND COLOR is a counterpoint tune as elliot is home watching all of the carnage on his computer i keep forgetting to listen to more ALABAMA SHAKES because their band name seems new country...i'm okay with the genre but prefer classic country here's a good piece from CBS SUNDAY MORNING about the band https://youtu.be/QMYPo-y_ZM0

Following on from the success of last weeks jam, it is I feel behove of me to share a track from Alabama Shakes new album 'Sound & Color', which with a birthday mere weeks away I'm hoping the Birthday Fairies may feel inclined to wing my way, hint, hint!!! The video quality leaves much to be desired I'm afraid ('twas the best I could do!) which does detract from the '2001 Space Odyssey' thing they seem to have going on, but the audios bang on, enjoy. Rats, seems I can't share the right link, head here instead... https://youtu.be/faG8RiaANek Thanks for the catch @CallumPetch   7
