First heard opening the season finale of 'Political Animals' last summer, now on her new album out 26/2. Sexy.

This next week or two I am going to play some of my favorite female artists. After that will play male artists. Now, in order to be on my list they must have 1) unique voice. 2) sound just as good if not better live 3) able to sing a note or in a way that makes you go "Damn" 4) the song sticks with you......you find yourself humming it, listening to it over and over, singing in the shower cause you sound just like the artist there..(um, yeah...)
Lets start this off with Alice Russell. Soulful, funky, this song, the notes she hits..damn!
