“I am entirely too late to the Alicia Keys party. I think the overplaying of "Fallin'" had ruined me to even give her a shot, but ever since her song "Another Way To Die," I've been more inclined to listen to her stuff that didn't make it to the radio (at least, not where I'm from). This was one of the songs I fell in love with. Her elegance and strength shines through with track, but it's also a very vulnerable side to her as well. Listen with headphones; she layers a lot of elements that really create new depth to the song. In the front you hear cool, calm, and collected drums and piano. In the back? Something a little more harsh, which adds a touch of chaos. Hands down one of my favorites.”
