Silver Wheel by Andreas Vollenweider

“Vollenweider albums all share a core aesthetic, perhaps obvious in light of the focal point being the unique sound of his electroacoustic harp, so liking anything by him tends to follow as such down to '91 in his discography, but each album takes on its own theme - in this case of some sort of spiritual moonlit night in the forest. This is perhaps his most well known release, having won a Grammy Award in 1986, and I'd say it's well deserved, being one of his most polished albums, even if his catalogue as a whole sounds dated (you get used to it).”
