I was at a party where a beautiful girl (out of her head) danced to this. It was mamorable (to coin a new word). There is something about this song... it has a slick, underhandedness. It feels like a cheap car salesman con. Anti-salubrious, dark, seedy, sleazy. Like a humid night in downtown Roxy Musicville, Undercover of the Night stonesness. I'm drawn at times to that The The-ness, that Tarantino-Lynchiness. Even the growly vocal from LeBon that matches the güiro's rake. That's a class flourish. Then Grace Jones shows up - of course! And it's that extra ingredient to make this dish Michelin Starred. #walkonthewildsidehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3Yy6c0Tlvk 2
"Maximum big suprise your smile is something new
I pull my shirt off and pray". The lack of any kind of shirtlessness going on at my polling station just now speaks volumes about the sad state of modern democracy...
