I saw Ava Luna's first UK gig at Birthdays on Monday and it's left me besotted with them. So tight.
Sweet opening to one of my favorites albums so far this year, straight out the gate ready to party like a No Wave version of the Dirty Projectors.
Reminds me of the post-punk days!

one of the bands currently in my rotation. another track i love by them: plain speech. there's something totally diy & sporadic about their music, but at the same time seems very well calculated.
New Ava Luna: less sultry, more in your face. More please!
