Yesterday was the birthday of Hamish Stewart, guitarist in the Average White Band - here's their fantastic "Pick Up the Pieces" (Hamish is the one in the kilt).
I'm not really into jazz or funk etc - but this track is fabulous. Just love that bass line! :-)
