I really enjoy the cool fusion of country, dance, and whatever else is in this song. The entire album is good, but he really knocks it out of the park with a few of the songs including this one, Dear Boy, and obviously, Wake Me Up. Hey Brother nonchalantly stirs my emotions with its easy dance beats and smooth lyrics. I highly recommended this song and album for folks who like great house music that isn't trying too hard to blow you away.
My current objet d'art that takes the best of the folk/bluegrass tradition and marries it with the best of edm.
