Good old Billie, always keeping me company in melancholic summer nights.. :)
This is the 8th in a 10 week series of the Top 10 Vocalists of the 20th Century. These are my choices. So many greats not on the list, and no intent to exclude any. Billie recorded this song composed in 1939 by Arthur Altman, with lyrics by Jack Lawrence in 1957.
"All or Nothing at All" is also the studio album by Billie Holiday, recorded in 1956 and 1957 and released by Verve Records in 1958
and available as a 2 disk set. The artists are in no particular order. Just in my personal Top 10. There will be 5 male & 5 female. We shall see who of the 10 gets the most views/likes. Enjoy !! #BillieHoliday
