There's something about hearing Dylan croaking out the phrase "it's all good" over and over again that I find immensely, and inexplicably, enjoyable. Maybe because I'm never exactly sure, through every refrain, when he's being cynical and when he's feelin' it. And it doesn't matter cause it's aaallll good.
Why was this not heralded as Dylan's greatest political commentary in years?
