Ignore the True Blood fan video; listen to the song. I remember the first time I heard "The Story" by Brandi Carlile I thought, "Damn! She's going to be the next big thing!" And then she wasn't. The hell happened?! Do you HEAR that voice?! It's...astonishing. I'd pay to hear her do covers of product jingles. She's an amazing talent that deserves mainstream success. If you only have a minute, listen as far as the first instrumental break. It's enough to get the point across.
