From My Life in the Bush of Ghosts - groundbreaking when released in 1981 and still brilliant. Any track would do.

Example number two supporting my supposition that Eno makes everyone and everything better. Not only did he produce the first four (greatest four?) Talking Heads albums, but he brought out the best of David Byrne on the incomparable and ground-breaking "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts."
