This is such an astounding song.
What an opening line. Starting with the original. A few cover over the next weeks.
"i got a bad desire, oooh i'm on fire" the Boss is my hero.
Not that I'm taking the Pitchfork 200 Best Songs of the 80s as gospel (there are NO Go-Betweens songs on it!), but it's been an interesting read, and I was glad to see this as one of the Springsteen picks. LOVE THIS SONG.
