Wow Bombay got a lot of love! Okay so the one you've all been waiting for, my favourite album of 2014 was Catfish and the Bottlemen - The Balcony!
If you listen to my radio show or follow me on twitter you could have probably guessed this one, the amount I go on about theses guys! Catfish are lads from Wales who really burst onto the music scene last year with this, their debut album and their relentless gigging!
This is Indie Rock at its finest, so not a groundbreaking new sound, but one thats done extremely well! Basically any of the songs off this album could be a sing along stadium anthem, these are a band you have to see live!! I did an interview back at the start of last year and I don't think they realised how big a year was in front of them, playing all over the world, sold out tours and winning the BBC Breakthrough Artist award!
Catfish and the Bottlemen, your debut is my favourite album of 2014.

First time hearing this song... what a happy video. People dancing to their own tune makes me smile.

The new big thing in indierock? maybe. I could of chose every track off their new album but went with this.
