From Santa Monica. Sounds like summer. On Secretly Canadian, my favourite label name.
First time I heard this summer indie suntan tune was via the awesome Aquarium Drunkard blog. The band name was Oregon Bike Trails back then. Two years on and the song still refuses to be any less beach-friendly. This one I urge myself to post because summer may not stay here for long and I don't wanna miss a thang! #summer
I'm way late to the @Cayucasband party, but man, I'm glad I arrived. I love the retro vibe undercurrent here. It's like that with all of their tracks, too. Great stuff.
Sucker for anything with bikes :-). Very much in the vein of Vampire Weekend.
