With Southern Alberta pretty much washed away by floods of biblical proportions, the beer-dark North Saskatchewan is now taking on a surly muddy hue and rising rapidly--trees, debris and anything floatable heading towards Hudson Bay. City crews are blocking off the river road three blocks down from here and sandbag trucks are queuing up.
