Despite the glaringly problematic/appropriating language used in this song, I still can't get over how magical it was to hear it as my first formal introduction to Cher. Everything about it was perfect to me and it sent 14-year-old me into full-on Cher obsession that shaped me as a young teen and, to this day, is obviously still going strong.
