Love, LOVE this song. Chris Cornell wrote this about Andrew Wood, the lead vocalist to Mother Love Bone, who many of you will never know because Andrew died from heroine OD before the world could come to know him. Don't judge Andrew too harshly. He was a kind soul wrapped in an ugly addiction. It was due to this song that Temple of the Dog formed that would later launch Pearl Jam. Beautiful tribute, beautiful song.
