Ever since Fargo, Clint Mansell has been one of my favorite composers.
Simultaneously haunting, optimistic, and melancholy, this thematic piece is considered minimal by most soundtrack standards. It echoes very well the visual tone of the movie. For more of this style, listen to the Swimming with Sharks theme by Tom Hiel.
